I got myself a new tent to swap out for an old wall tent that kicked the bucket after two decades. I was looking for something to use not just for hunting season but also for summer trips. The weather during the September hunt was all about wind and rain. I mean, it was a lot of wind and rain. The type of rain that makes you wanna dig a trench around the tent to redirect the water. Come October, the hunting season brought even more rain that eventually turned into snow. Everything outside was soaked, but we were cozy and dry inside.

Jeff really helped me pick out the perfect cover for my sibly twin. I absolutely love my sibly twin. It makes our Faire season feel so fancy.

I've only had the chance to use the bell tent a few times. The first time I put it up, it took me around an hour, all on my own. I had to zip the floor in, tie down the guy lines, and all that jazz. The next time, I managed to do it in just about 30 minutes. The only thing I might tweak is the 3-foot side walls. But honestly, I'm really loving this tent!

I placed an order for a stove pipe part and got charged, but the item never arrived. No confirmation email came my way either. I kept waiting, thinking my order would eventually show up.

I tried calling and left messages, but I never managed to talk to anyone despite numerous attempts.

Over the years, I’ve spent a ton of money with Canvas Camp, from setting up tents for TV shoots to creating glamping experiences, you name it.

Finally, the part showed up, but I never got to speak with a real person or received any email about what went wrong.

Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive in time for my trip, so we ended up cold while winter camping without a stove.

These tents are among the best in terms of natural durability, and they keep on innovating, like with the new rainfly we just received—it's now warmer and even tougher for summer use. The tents arrive fresh and free from mold (a lot of warehouses have mold problems, which can be a serious issue for long-term campers). There are a few areas that could use some work, like having replacement zippers available or knowing where to find them, and it would be great to see quicker and more reliable customer service. Also, the accessories seem to come from a warehouse that’s a bit too moldy or from production stateside. On the bright side, I really appreciate their educational articles on the website, which helped me clean the rainflies properly.

Picking out the tent and all the extras took quite a bit of time, but after finally piecing together my intricate order, CanvasCamp really delivered and we sorted out the specifics. Now our green Sibley 300 Ultimate tent is set up on a permanent deck with a greenhouse-style cover to keep the rain off the tent. From what I can tell, CanvasCamp offers the most comprehensive tent kits along with essential accessories for various setups - extra poles, different waterproof flies, waterproofing supplies, and repair kits. They truly excel with these products. You won’t be let down.

The delivery was on point and the product quality is solid. Prices might be a tad steep, but hey, you really do get what you pay for.

I got myself a silicone stove pipe jack to keep the rain from coming in through the stove pipe in my canvas wall tent (I've been living in this tent full-time for three years now). I took my time and was super careful while putting in the new silicone jack, and it fit just right. But, after just a week, the silicone completely ripped down the side, creating a big gap for rain. I decided to buy the same silicone stove pipe jack again for my buddy’s bell tent (which is a canvas camp brand tent), and we were extra cautious when making the pipe hole to ensure a snug fit. Unfortunately, that jack also tore down the side in the same way after less than a week. Honestly, I feel like this pipe jack is a total waste of cash. I was really let down.

This is a fantastic item with really great delivery times. I’d definitely shop with this company again!
